Ad Hoc Shredding

Our "call out" service is ideal for customers who have an occasional use for either on site or off site shredding.

How does it work?

If the material is in your own sacks & boxes we can collect them or we can send you sacks to fill. When your ready for collection contact us & we'll arrange a suitable collection date. There's no need to take staples or clips out as our shredder will handle them & even lever arch folders can be shredded with the off site service.

At the collection our operatives will supply you with a waste transfer note & the material will either be shredded on site or taken away and destroyed at our depot within 24 hours depending on the service you've chosen.

A certificate of destruction will be issued & sent with the invoice - payment terms are 30 days net & settlement of the bill can be via cheque, BACS or credit card.

At Datashred we don’t insist on regular contract arrangements.  If you would prefer, we can offer an ad hoc shredding service whereby you make a booking at a time that suits you.  Every organisation has different needs throughout the year and we can fit around your schedule.  

You may just want us once a year to collect and shred your confidential documents or use us as an on-demand service – the choice is yours.

We make no constraints on size of collection, we are happy to collect one sack as well as offering large bulk clear-outs with a huge variety of sacks and bins to transport your confidential material – the entire process adheres to BS EN:15713.
